The only additional thing I would have like is confirmation of delivery on the day of delivery from the seller. I didn't know it had arrived until the next day when my sister called to say she had received it on her birthday, and that she loved it! She was notified when it was delivered but I wasn't. It is not a big deal and I will use the service again and highly recommend it to others.

First timer and i am so disappointed, The birthday passed and flowers were delivered next day in almost evening hours. And the flowers were not that great, I can buy from corner shop for $7 or 8.
I ordered "Blue skies" and there were only white lillies and yellow roses and the arrangement did not look professionally done. It was unfortunate.
I ordered the premium flowers where the florist can create their own bouquet. I then received an email stating that the flowers were delivered but she didn't received them, I then called customer service and they couldn't get a hold of anyone and said that they would return my phone call with an update but didn't. An hour later, the recipient finally received the flowers and it really looked like it was a regular size bouquet. I was indeed very disappointed and no one returned my phone call with updates or to tell me what happened.
