I ordered the premium flowers where the florist can create their own bouquet. I then received an email stating that the flowers were delivered but she didn't received them, I then called customer service and they couldn't get a hold of anyone and said that they would return my phone call with an update but didn't. An hour later, the recipient finally received the flowers and it really looked like it was a regular size bouquet. I was indeed very disappointed and no one returned my phone call with updates or to tell me what happened.

Yellow & lavender flowers were missing from the order not exactly the same.
My husband has not received the gift yet, so I can't comment on all of the above. I still find your site very confusing with the discount thing. I think it should be explained a little better that everyone receives the discount who goes on the site, not necessarily if you have ebates or not.

I ordered flowers for friend's birthday specially ordering bright happy spring flowers. When she sent me a picture of what she received I was livid: a very scrawny dark purple arrangement. (I tried to post a picture, but it wouldn't load). I called customer service and told them how horrible the flowers were. They offered me a $25 gift card, which was useless since I will never use them again. Then they offered 12% off the order. I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money.
I ordered a lavendar/ purple colored bouquet. I got pink with one drop of purple. The flowers looked worn. Absolutely horrible quality. I will not use this site or the local florist again.
