You information is misleading. The email said SAVE 14.99 with this code. The 14.99 was free shipping, which was nice. It just should have been marketed that way. Instead I thought I needed to put in the code so I spent time looking for how to do that. It just would have been nice if it was a little more clear.
I have order flowers before...I really like the bouquet, very happy with the product. I ordered flowers again and it's nothing close to what I paid for, the flowers that you show in the picture compared to the ones I bought are very far from nice. I'm very disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
