My best friend has skin cancer so she has been very depressed and will not leave her home so I thought of sending her some flowers to cheer her up...well, it worked! My girlfriend received the flowers, but they were supposed to be delivered by 12pm and she did not receive them until after 1 or 1:30pm. She had already left here office for the day and did not actually get the flowers until the next day.

The service was good and the driver did everything necessary to get to the right spot. The flowers looked healthy and in good shape. Unfortunately, I selected a birthday card but the message was on blank typing paper. Also, there was a typo in the message that I didn't type in. Other than that, the service was good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
