I like the variety of styles of bouquets. The add did state19.99 and did not find any flowers of that price. Although your prices are much lower, the service and handling cost surprised me at checkout. It needs to be at the beginning so that I will know how much more will be added to my total. I had to drop an order because the allotted amount went way over after I got the ok to proceed on. Sorry. Thank you though for the discount. If the flowers ordered turn out like on the web site and on time, I will order from you again.

Somewhat confusing at checkout using PayPal. That said, this was a funeral arrangement for a friend who passed away in another state. Family reported that the arrangement was very nice.

It was fast and easy made my shopping experience very convenient but I ordered the purple vase and received a clear vase also it was not delivered within 4hours like I paid for but overall it still was delivered and the purpose was served
My only complaint is that I wasn't able to enter a different coupon code I had; the Google one auto entered. It would have been nice to see which code I could have had better savings with.

In what scenario is this appropriate? NONE. I am considering contacting AMEX to dispute the charges on my order. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service.

I think that shipping charges should be stated upfront before time and effort have already been extended. It's a rather heavy fee, but for those who are in a huge hurry and don't have time to restart on another site,one hasn't much choice but to accept it.
