A couple of concerns with the order: (1) the roses did not appear to be especially nice; and (2) the customized picture case was not at all how it was presented on the site. I expected a vase that actually had the picture ingrained in the vase, not just a printed picture put in a vase. That was exceptionally disappointing.
I can rate on whether or not I will use you again, until I see the arrangement in person and verify quality as well as delivery expectations.
The spray was embarrassing. The flowers were so sparse you could see the stem of the entire flower and the base of flowers placed on top of the leaves were single layers. It was very upsetting!

My order was not delivered on the day scheduled so I had to call customer service. They contacted the florist and had the arrangement upgraded because of the delay. The photos I received from the recipient of the flowers were similar to the photo except not the quality I had expected especially since it was an upgraded bouquet.

Easy and quick. Order was not delivered same day. I called customer service, was on hold for over 7 minutes and someone picked it up and hung up. Called back and after long wait got someone on the line (this actually happened both yesterday and today). Yesterday they checked w/local florist at 420pm (approx) and were told it was out for delivery. The local florist called the recipient at 5pm to say the vehicle broke down, they would instead deliver to home address. Calls from local florist were rec'd up to 930pm, however flowers were never delivered. During customer service call today the Florist made several untrue statements regarding situation. Flowers were finally delivered. I am very disappointed in this whole mess. Customer service rep said she would give me 20% credit on my purchase today. Hopefully she does. I never had problems before with your service, but after this may not use you again.
Second time I use it! First time was nearly perfect. The morning guarantee was not done but the customer service was great in refunding the money.

I was disappointed initially to learn that the order would not be delivered on the same day. However their customer service is excellent. They upgraded my order refunded my additional same day delivery fee added a note of apology and also sent flowers that are beautiful (I haven't seen them)!

I felt I paid a lot for Christine's birthday arrangement because it was a few flowers: 2 roses, 2 gerbera, and a little bit of flower solidgo. I expected a little more flowers and better arranged.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
