Initially ordering was no problem, but what I ordered was not delivered at the specification time for the additional cost. I also requested a banner and the banner was not on the arrangement. This speaks volumes when this is my first time. The customer service representatives for fromyouflowers could have seen to it that this was implemented corrected, possibly have a better tracking system that tracks the nature of the product. You all should you have a system where the florist sends you a photo of the finished product prior to leaving so that you can compare the finished product to the order form. I just had an order delivered to my mother for her birthday and four of the roses were broken and I was offered a measly 15 percent off my order. That is really sad and you really have lost a customer for this. I am so upset and hurt that my mother on her birthday had to receive broken roses for her birthday!

Quick and easy, but I wanted same day delivery which I paid for but they couldn't deliver so the flowers came the next day. It was for a 75th birthday, but the flowers arrived and were simply amazing. Customer service was amazing and took off the same day charge, and I got a gift certificate too!
