I had never ordered from this site before and was slightly apprehensive. The recipent told me the flowers were beautiful. I placed the order I recieved the confirmation and then recieved confirmation that the flowers were delivered.

I think the pricing on your website changes between making the selection and then getting to the actual payment screen. So the cost is ultimately more than what you thought you were going to pay.

I don't know why I paid for expedited shipping. There were not there before 12. I feel if I didn't call customer service to check on my order, they would never been delivered. I never had this problem in the past.
Ordering is easy. Floral prices are better than my local florist. Shipping is too expensive though.
