Flowers were received extremely wilted. Placed in water with 2 minutes of receipt with appropriate plant food added. All 100 completely dead within 10 hours. I watched their progress online from time of shipment to receipt and have not complained to your organization because the delivery driver made the delivery late in his day. Rather than attempting to get them out of his hot truck. They all ended up so badly wilted no amount of water or coaxing from us could save them. They were thrown out the next day. If anyone actually reads this, you may consider expanding the flower shops this website works with so this is less likely to happen.
Been a customer for 2 years, ordered about 8 arrangements in that time. This is the second time I have had a problem with an order, but the first time I have been completely unsatisfied & feel that no one was willing to make it right.

The flowers were the right colors but not the types that I ordered. The arrangement was very small even though paid for the deluxe. Other flowers ordered locally were 2x as big for the same price. I was very disappointed.
I sent flowers to my nephew to congratulate him for his weding he floowing day. The flowers were good but there was no name tag or card attached to the flowers sent. He did not know who had sent him the flowers. I am sorry that this is my second complain. If I hadnot rung him to speak to him and ask if he had recived the flowers he would not have known they were from me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
