Ordered the premium arrangement and received what looks like the basic. Small, less than I expected. First time experience and not very happy...
I believe that you should tell your buyers in advance about the shipping and handling. Waiting until you tell me a "Pre total" and then adding15 almost made me cancel the order.
Would like to know there is a service charge up front as a first time user. My wife brought the flowers home yesterday and I was shocked at how spares and small the display was, mind you for $69! I will never buy from this vender again. It is a classic bait and switch!

From the order I thought I was purchasing, the bouquet was half the size & didn't have the flowers I wanted...the reason I bought it.
The Flower arrived on time and looked just as pictured.
The only problem i had was the guarenteed same day delivery. Order was placed at 1 30 pm and i did not recieve the order until the following day after calling twice to check where my order was.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
