Great value...and nice arrangements. My friend in the hospital said that they were 'lovely'. He was sleeping when they were delivered so they were left by the door so as to not disturb him. Way less money than my previous order from proflowers.com.

DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WEBSITE YOUR POLICY IS DELIVERING THE FLOWERS WITHIN THE TIME YOUR OWN WEBSITE ALLOTED.
I put in the order at 11am this morning (June 6), it is 7:00 PM with no delivery in sight!
Oh, the customer service rep said that the florist sent the truck on the way to the location of the delivery... 6 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER WAS MADE.
Plus, they are going to tell me that I cannot contact the third party florist MYSELF because of their "confidential policy"... BULLCRAP!
There is no integrity here, none. You reap what you sow.

This is the third time I used fromyouflowers and I am extremely satisfied with each product I order
I paid extra for delivery before noon and the item arrived after 3pm. I am very disappointed by it. Otherwise, it was an okay experience for a rush deed.
I am usually not the one to complain, but I have had way too many issues with your company. One, this is the SECOND time when I pay for the delivery to be made BEFORE NOON, and the flowers are delivered way past that time. Second, the flowers arrangement is very different from the one shown. I do understand that different flowers are in bloom at different times of the year, but that should then be reflected on your website. The least you could do while making the ordered arrangement is to follow the COLOR palette of the flowers.
I do not like to give bad reviews, but this experience has really gotten to me. Flowers and gifts should be making people happy, not angry or unsatisfied.

This is the third time I have ordered from this company. All three times the writing on the greeting cards have been difficult to read. May I suggest typing out and printing the greeting card, or putting more effort into writing legibly. I don't mean to sound rude, but it's just disappointing when the recipient of the flowers has to call to confirm it was from you because they cannot read the message and name on the card, especially when the flowers were meant to be an unexpected surprise. Other than that, I was told the flowers were beautiful, so thank you.
Now just gotta see the recipient response...
I believe the price of the flowers is good and the ease of ordering from the website is really easy. The only issue I have is the price for shipping. The shipping cost along with the handling cost is almost as much as the flowers cost which makes this online florist not quite as good a deal as they appear in their advertisements.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
