In addition, I ordered and paid for the premium /biggest arrangement and received a small arrangement. This was for my wife's birthday, and I was trying to make it extra special since we cannot have a gathering with loved ones. The only way I will accept that you make up for this is to send a new a arrangement either today or tomorrow that is a large arrangement in the mason jar. Thank you in advance. The flowers were pretty and look pretty fresh, but they did not look very similar to the picture bouquet. It was a Quick easy transaction and smooth delivery.

You need to show all your fees up front while your picking your arrangement. The delivery fee is pretty excessive especially for the amount that you pay for the flowers.

The flower arrangement seemed to be quite a bit smaller than what was shown and I even upgraded to 'Deluxe' but they arrived in record time and the delivery person was great and made sure the flowers were delivered as promised.

I felt the price was a bit high for the size of arrangement. Also the delivery email should not be sent to the customer until the delivery is physically complete.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
