This is my 3rd time using your company and I've never had any issues. I appreciate the quality of service
I received an order delivery at 4:52 pm saying my flowers has been delivered but I was sitting at the house and they were not delivered. So I called and sat on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me but was told they would have to investigate the matter and call back tomorrow. And finally around 8:15pm the flowers were delivered the arrangement was beautiful as they always are a little upset and unhappy at first but over all satisfied

I ordered from this company without viewing reviews. I trusted I would receive good quality flowers for a very special person. $60 later and 80 something year old woman received dead and wilted flowers! I am absolutely disgusted and was embarrassed to give those as a gift. I never follow up on these reviews, but this was the worst service I have ever received.

Flowers looked nothing like the picture online
The only downside I had, was that I got an E-mail noting that the flower arrangement had been delivered, when they hadn't. Just a little confusing, but they showed up within 30-60 mins soon afterwards, so all good except that it messed up the surprise I had hoped for. But she was still quite happy to have gotten flowers after waking up to a cold.
It was great until I saw a service delivery fee of 15 dollars plus 3 more dollars for same day delivery. Once the order arrived it was not as full looking as the picture showed either!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
