Site claimed that submitting order before 9:00 AM on Saturday would result in the delivery around noon. My friend was discharged from the hospital on Monday at 4:00 PM and still no flowers delivered! I had no idea there was an issue until Monday at 11:00 AM. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I don't care how many $10 off coupons you send I cannot trust you to timely deliver a rock to a creek let alone fliwers requiring sencativity and timing! Get lost losers!

I used this site to make a last minute order, and paid for a guaranteed delivery. Didn't happen, came a day late. A $4 refund doesn't mean much when your flowers weren't on time.
Dish garden was very nicely put together. It came in a basket which was nice, but in the picture it was shown in a ceramic type bowl. The person that received this really liked it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
