I ordered the same day delivery flower with smiley face cup for my sister's birthday. I was unhappy with the tracking system since the order was not able to be tracked as it was going to be hand delivered instead of ups etc. So in order to understand when she received the flowers, I had to wait for my sister to write something about it. Other than that, it was nice to see her sending the photo of the flowers and telling that how happy she felt upgraded my shopping experience from "so so" to "good". Thank you..
