Great delivery time
Flowers were a day late. It was the smallest bouquet I have ever seen delivered considering it was suppose to the be premium Bouquet (free upgrade because you were late) I'm so disappointed.

The arrangement that I ordered was a sale item - Sale price was reasonable but I did think that $14.99 handling and shipping was a little high on top of the added $2.99 being charged for delivery.
Recipient sent me a picture of what they received. They thought the arrangement was very nice and I did too.
I do not like the14.00 shipping charge. I thought it was to high. Would not have purchased if it wasn't free.

Over all good customer service. I got the exact flower arrangement that I ordered. Sometimes when ordering flowers on line they will send something totally different that doesn't even look like the flowers your picked. The arrangement was a nice size as well. I was happy with my service and will use this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
