All was well with ordering.
I received flowers and a vase in a box left on the front porch. Based on the description at the web site, I was expecting a florist arraigned bouquet delivered in a clear glass vase, not a box of flowers I had to arrange myself.
I was a little disappointed that the flowers received didn't really look like the ones i had ordered. But other then that I had no issues.
Flowers were delivered quicker than promised. They were also very clsoe to the pictures on web site.
Ordering is easy. My issue is that I have ordered a product in the past that was significantly late and poor quality upon arrival.

I placed an order for a plants in a basket and bear for funeral, payed for and ordered the delux. The funeral home received very small plant (not very good looking). What happend? The other funeral I order for were Great! What Happend? Sincerely Terrie Kolliker
Paid for a premium package of a dozen roses which can out almost 100 bucks with a chocolate but the flowered looked no where premium or delux or whatever you guys call em. Disappointment that's the best you could've done
This is my third time ordering. First two were outstanding. Counting on this being the same!
When I saw this arrangement I was very disappointed. It was not what I ordered. I paid $52 for the deluxe arrangement. This was sparse with a tiny sunflower. The arrangement shown that I ordered had big beautiful colorful flowers including huge sunflowers. This was not worth the cost and I was a bit embarrassed when I saw it. My other arrangements that I ordered were delivered in Texas. I received pictures of them. They were beautiful and looked like the picture on line. Probably won't order from this site again.
If a time is guaranteed, then it should be upheld
The delivery was not for me and I did not see what the deliverly looked like so it was hard to rate some of questions.
