Was easy and a good price
Contacted customer service regarding why the 2nd of 2 orders to the same address hasn't been confirmed delivered after several hours of the 1st confirmation. Received reply email stating florist would not be able to deliver until next day & "With your permission we would like to deliver your arrangement tomorrow...".
If I had not contacted them there would have been no mention of a delay & the possibility of no delivery.
The point of requesting my phone number is to provide quick assistance for issues that will inevitably happen sometimes, completely understandable - that's life. I really don't like it when I, as the customer, have to work harder than the seller to ensure completion of a transaction.

I would order again
My order could not be delivered on the day I requested. I was contacted via email and ask if the next day would be ok. Because of the late delivery, I was given a free upgrade and an apology was also an option...but I didn't need that. I was very impressed with the services and the flowers that my friend got were gorgeous. I ordered the flowers arranged by the company...so I did not know what all would be in them. The flowers were absolutely stunning and the person I sent them to was blown away with their beauty. Thanks for your wonderful service!
Pretty easy to navigate
The arrangement I ordered was overall white/cream arrangement with roses. I received a typical multi floral type, multi color arrangement that did not meet my expectations.
I actually didn't see the order. I ordered it for someone else. She called to thank me, and said the arrangement is very pretty.

Easy to order and comes highly recommended.This was a birthday surprise for my daughter. She thought at first it was a real cake. She said she had never seen anything like it before - it was so beautiful.
Not sure why I had to ay a same day and an expedite charge. Seems to me expedite to 4 hours would take care of same day

Horrible customer service, lies and deception! I ordered funeral flowers from them and they were not delivered. When I called them they said the florist they use did not deliver and they were not informed... but they would deliver the next day (now 4 days late). I argued with them back and forth, they offered me 10% and $10 towards my next purchase. Are you kidding me? I can get that deal on retailmenot! After back and forth they finally promised to give me 50% refund, but I had to close my dispute with Paypal and they would refund right away. Five days later still no resolution to my funeral flowers that were delivered four days late. I have called every day since and keep getting the same story. That it will be in my account tomorrow. Funny, still no refund. I will tell everyone I know not to order flowers from you. Shady company.

I ordered flowers at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 16 for my mother who was admitted to the hospital. I paid for same day delivery. It is now 4:33 pm on Wednesday, June 17 and the flowers JUST arrived. She is being released first thing in the morning. The whole point of ordering the flowers and requesting same day delivery was so she could have them in her hospital room during her stay. Very disappointed that they showed up so late. At least they'll look nice on the car ride home.
So far, so good. The selection of live plants is very nice. They are species known for their hardiness and will likely last quite a while.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
