I was disappointed that the flowers I ordered, daffodils, were unable to be delivered. If these flowers were unavailable, then they should not have been an option. The flowers that WERE delivered were very pretty and I appreciated the effort the delivery person made to get them to the location.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
