14.99 for delivery services was kinda high. I found that if the flowers were lower priced, the delivery price was high. If the flowers were high priced there was free delivery? Buyer can't win. Best to just pick something, grin and bear the prices. That is what I did.

Sent a small bouquet to my sister who is in a drab, no TV, no phone, nursing home for some rehabilitation. My sister called me this morning when she received the flowers and sounded happy for a change. It did her good to receive them and she said they were beautiful.

Service and Product were good. I paid for 4 hour delivery guaranteed and it was delivered past the promised window by about 30 minutes. I was granted a refund on my " 4 hour delivery fee". Customer Service was helpful and prompt.
They were not the color I selected tho they were very nice I was told.
