Customer Service has been very helpful! This was the first time ordering and I was worried my delivery wouldn't be received on time since order was placed one day before the occasion. At noon the next day my order hadn't been delivered. I emailed customer service and they explained the local florist had not confirmed they rec'd my order. They continued to assure me my arrangement would be delivered and they even refunded me my expedited fee due to the miscommunication on their behalf. I was still worried my order wouldn't be rec'd since this was for my mother on her Birthday and I was a little frantic. I emailed customer service again and asked the time span and estimated delivery time. Customer Service was quick to reply and explained their delivery time is 8-5pm (which was good since my order was being to sent to my mothers workplace and her shift was 8-5pm). After their QUICK response I was relieved my order was delivered at 2:30pm to the designated destination and my mother was thrilled and surprised! Thank you for all your hard work Brittney S. And all the staff at From You Flowers Customer Service. You put my nerves at ease knowing my order was shipped in just enough time for my mother to enjoy her Birthday flowers! Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
