This was my first time using your flower service. I originally added a Mylar balloon to the order that did not show-up with the flowers. Unfortunately, there was no way of knowing if this was added correctly to the order while going through the order sheet. The Mylar balloon was supposed to say "It's a Girl". Not a deal breaker, but I thought that you would want to know...

After reviewing my order in person I wasn't happy only with the ribbon on my spray, you could not see it and it was practically invisible wrapped into the white flowered spray. But it was very lovely!
