I ordered online and made my choice based on your photos. As these were purchased as a gift for my sister's birthday, I chose very specifically. However, the florist did not have all the flowers, nor did he have the container I chose. My sis sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it was NOTHING like the website photo. Luckily, she didn't know what I ordered, and she loved her gift, but I was VERY disappointed with the outcome.

Flowers were sent to funeral service provider some distance for our current location. We assume they got to where the service was held.
Loved free shipping. Flowers were to be delivered on the 19th and they delivered them on the 18th. Colors were not the same as the photo I picked.

This is the second time I have order flowers from you, first time in March, which was Great, this time though, I paid extra for in morning delivery, yes I got a call stating that wasn't going to happen, that they would be delivered soon, my daughter just got them at 4:30pm when she was leaving work, that to me wasn't A.S.A.P. Like the lady stated that call and left me a message, besides getting my money back for early delivery, I think I should also get a discount! Not Happy With You Right Now! Was given know reason why they couldn't be delivered as requested...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
