The flowers were supposed to be delivered before noon. They were delivered at 3pm. The recipient had already left work and had to go back and pick up the flowers. The vase and ribbon were not the same as the picture. The vase looked old and filthy and the ribbon was bright red taffeta. Not what was pictured when I placed the order. The flowers were beautiful but were not put together like it was pictured. There was a giant rose sticking out of the top. The greeting card also had misspellings and incorrect spacing between words. I know it is not the websites fault. It was the florest that put it together. The florest you had used is known for messing up orders, being late and terrible customer service. Might want to try using a different florest in the city.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
