The ordering experience was fine. But the over all product did not meet my standards. I ordered a balloon to go with the flowers but it didn't match the flowers. You think they would at least try to do that. Other wise everything else was fine.
Very disappointed with flowers that were delivered. I realize that the flowers might differ slightly from picture but when the vase is mostly filler greenery instead of flowers that I paid for, that does not make me happy. I will think twice before I order again!

I would love to have a chance to review your site after all is completed and delivery of the item made. This is my first time on this site so I do not know how your product will look, delivery, etc. the item was delivered on time but the bouquet itself seemed kinda small. The flowers were a gift for my daughter

I was considering a different provider and when I did a goggle search this company became an option with better prices and basket options.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
