Someone from fromyouflowers.com called an left a message stating the florist did not have the exact flowers, but would use something similar. I had ordered the flowers for the funeral of my mother's best friend. When we got to the visitation, they had just been delivered and they were absolutely gorgeous! Of all the sprays at the funeral, it was by far the most artistic and striking! Thank you!

This flower delivery service is great. Not too overly priced as many places are. The delivery arrived in a timely manner and the Flowers were beautiful. Definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I am really bugged about that "Bonus" bogus magazine offer you tried to sign me up for at checkout. You have to check the box to "Not be signed up" for that offer. That's pretty tricky and low-brow for a flower shop. Not a good experience at the beginning.

Also, the flowers arrived to my wife (for our anniversary) after 12 PM (which bugs me, because they were guaranteed earlier, but at least my fee was waived when I contacted customer service by phone)

The flowers were missing the card I filled out online and they flowers were missing the balloon that I ordered and paid for (but this fee was also waived by the phone customer service, since it was not actually delivered).

I am likely to buy from you again as long as I don't have to pay14.99 delivery fee. You got the order by sending a follow up e-mail waiving the fee.

Same day delivery was not made and had to be delivered the next day. You notified me what was happening and proactively dealt with the issue. I appreciate the additional flowers that was added to the order and the note apologizing for the late delivery. Also, when I brought to your attention that I felt the same day delivery fee of $2.99 should be reversed, you immediately agreed to it. Even though delivery was late, overall customer service was very good.
