COMMENTS FROM 6-28-15: I don't like the fact that last night I'm shopping around for a birthday basket for my aunt and I didn't purchase anything yet, but log onto FB this morning and you're advertising right to me on my page! The15 "site-wide" discount was nice, but then you charge a fairly high amount for shipping. Some competitive sites are free and comparable with their basket prices. No doubt I will be asking my aunt if her order is satisfactory. I wanted the a.m. delivery option of4.99 for tomorrow, but when I've done that in the past the shipment seems rushed and the order is not entirely correct so I didn't want to go through that again.

The arrangement I ordered and the plant that was received by my friend were not close in looks. The planter that she received was down right ugly. I didn't say anything to her since it was a gift and she is in the hospital. I was not really satisfied with the product that she received. Probably will not use your services again.

Delivery was supposed to be same day and was not. Upgrade was done but the overall shipping price was not adjusted and the early am delivery for the next day was not done. Overall not satisfied with the service and will not order again.

Update: I received a phone call from fromyouflowers.com explaining they could NOT deliver on Sunday, but they issued a card explaining the issue was on their end and upgraded the flower arraingment, free of charge. My mother was very pleased with her birthday flowers.
Very quick turnaround time!
When you charge $14.99 for delivery and then charge an additional fee of $4.99 for delivery before noon, that needs to happen and I shouldn't have to fill this out to tell you. Yes, it arrived at 12:50, my wife goes to break at 12:00, therefore I paid the extra so she would recieve them before she went on break
