Very disappointed. Not even in planter. Little separate pots sitting in water in a broken box.You would not be proud of this arrangement. If all in this delivery area are like this,you would not get repeat customer orders.
I reallllly wanted the yellow chick flower holder, sentimental reasons. I know it can't be garenteed. I would have picked something else. But, my Mom loved the flowers!
I was so disappointed. The flowers were delivered one day early, and therefore before the actual occasion. In addition, the arrangement looked nothing like the picture. It wasn't even nicely arranged and the flowers looked tired.
I paid 2 extra charges for same day delivery, yet was charged a whopping14.50 extra for 'handling'. It seems like an add-on inflated charge that's over 20% of the entire cost!

Delivery time needs to have better expectations set. Delivery to a business is trickier than to a residence and possibly subject to redelivery and frustrations.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
