I ordered a surprise for my aunt's birthday. When she didn't call to thank us after 2 days I rang her to find that there was not a delivery. After inquiry I was told that no one was home and the florist was waiting for a call to tell him when someone would be there - but the delivery person left no notification, nor did he/she attempt to ring my aunt.

I ordered the flowers for my sister's 80th birthday, they were delivered on times yesterday afternoon and she called me this morning to say how lovely they are.
It will be nice for you to show how the product will look like depending on the price we are paying, apparently the product on the picture is the most expensive but when we choose a different price it will be nice to show how it's going to look. I am very satisfied that the product was delivered on a timely manner, it is such a great job on that but the product was delivered ot my receipent doesn't even look the half as it looked when I ordered it. I really didn't like it. I am kind of dissapointed. If that was showned when I choose the price on the item, I probably should order something different. This is just for future reference. Please show how the item will look depending on the price the costumer choose. Thank you
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
