Bit pricey also shipping bit pricey. I also thought I had chosen a specific date for delivery but it arrived a week early. It was for a birthday. Not happy at all and will not be using this site again.

Hidden prices, Did not know about handling charge which I thought was a bit high. Flowers were ordered on a Sunday for same day delivery which has an extra charge for week-end delivery I also paid extra to have them delivered within a 4 hour window. This did not happen, the flowers still were not delivered to hospital after 8 hours but I was sent a confirmation to say they had been delivered. I contacted the company and spoke to a very pleasant girl I think her name was Ashley. She traced the order while I was on the phone and apologized for what had happened. The florist shop that dealt with it was closed when she tried to contact them, but she did sort things out and gave me alternative options. This was the first time I had ordered from them but I will try again as mistakes do happen and I felt that they dealt with the problem in a pleasant and professional manner.

The person said the flowers were not wrapped. Usually they come in paper or cellophane. The flowers didn't look fresh and some were dying. The water was dirty. Disappointed

The flowers were beautiful however the fruit basket was incomplete. I bought the most expensive fruit basket and it looked average. I feel I got short changed. I'm not satisfied nor happy with this product, I'm very disappointed to say the least.
