The shipping time wasn't efficient, the flowers we different from picture online, there wasn't much pink at all. I would order again to hope to have a better experience. The flowers weren't even upgraded Luke I was emailed and state they would be for the inconvenience.

Accidentally sent the wrong business address, they took the initiative to actually have them call the other location to see if my wife was there. Then they delivered the product immediately. I feel like most companies would have just taken the package back to the office and told me that I messed up. Instead, they saved my day! My wife is pregnant and it's her 30th birthday and I wanted to make it a special one. Really got my money's worth here.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
