Did not deliver before noon which is what I paid for. Got worried and contacted customer service, very good im polite and responded with a follow up email immediately. Although the flowers did not arrive as requested and paid for, I was refunded the extra charge for the delivery and the arrangement was gorgeous! Overall three and a half star.
The ordering process was fast and when I got to the final cost my total didn't have all kinds of added fees to it! I was very nicely surprised! Thank you!

The hidden15 dollar shipping gimmick and the hidden magazine subscription was absolutely terrible! Then you offer me free shipping to make me come back which is how I know it was a gimmick!

Wish I knew of the time the flowers were delivered
Great prices and so far excellent quality. I chose the florist designed option and the bouquet was beautiful.
The only problem was that the flowers were delivered to the back door of the home and no one knew they were there! If I hadn't asked via Facebook as I live in the UK, then no-one would have looked and they would not have been found! As it was they had been there for 4 hours and I don't know if they had been adversely affected by the sun.
Very comprehensive site, and helps to make sure you don't forget any additions or special details on your order. Advertised prices do not show delivery costs which is very misleading. Also, each item has its own delivery charge which can really add up quickly.
Shopping was easy but actual flowers delivered were less than what was shown in picture. Better to include number of stems.
