The plants were for my mom as a birthday gift. She lives in another state so I did not see them, however she stated they were beautiful and were delivered right to her door. She was very pleased.
I was told an apology call would be made to my daughter that her flowers would be a day late, but I do t believe that happened. Also, I paid for same day shipping, but that wasn't possible so I would appreciate a refund of the shipping I paid. Thank you

Flowers were delivered as ordered and they recipient loved them. However, they came from a florist in St. Pete to delivered to Bradenton, Fl. Seems a bit ridiculous to travel that far. Perhaps you could cut down on delivery costs if you used a local florist.
Confirmation email was sent to me a day in advance so i was confused why bc flowers were not being delivered until the following day. I had to call customer service to figure out what was going on bc it was a surprise shipment to a friend
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
