Overpriced flowers for the product received
It is very hard to rate this as the flowers were sent to Alabama to a funeral home and I am in Ohio.
They were for an employee's sister, and I have not spoken to the gentlemen yet so I can say anything about the arrangement. The service was good, I was able to make a selection quickly and the price was not the least expensive, but it was not the most expensive.
So far so good. I like the same day delivery. I thought the add ons were a bit pricey, but they were needed. Thanks for the help.

Ordered flowers on my wife's day off. Thought I would try a new company. Bad IDEA.
I ordered an arrangement around 10am went with the expedited/same day delivery. Flowers never showed. No phone call from florist or FromYouFlowers.com. I had to email them myself to say "hey whats up with my order".
They offered discount and a coupon to redeliver to another day. I denied it and asked for a full refund. Why would I want to appease a company who cant stand by there word of "GUARANTEED SAME DAY" obviously from the other reviews this is a flat out lie. Fromyouflowers.com will work themselves out of business with service like this.
Stick to 1800flowers/proflowers/ftd flowers they always ensure prompt delivery.

I'm deployed in the military and I like to treat my special lady to flowers every now and then. From You Flowers is the only website I go to when I want the job done. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered flowers, she received them and they were almost dead. That's unacceptable.
The only complaint I have is that I requested delivery on a specific date and the order was delivered two days early.
