This is my first time ordering so I can't really comment at this point. Also it was a gift sent tomy Goddaughter but she sent a picture and it looked like I expected. Very pleased.

Found what I wanted.
Received the flowers. However, your emails led me to believe that I was no going to receive them so I responded to cancel my order. As I was leaving to go elsewhere for flowers, they had arrived. Apparently the delivery person did not ring the doorbell and I did not hear a knock because I am hard of hearing.
The buying experience was easy, delivery timely but sadly one of the sunflowers was smashed upon delivery. So while overall the experience was good, I'm disappointed to pay $14.99 for delivery and a total of $60+ and have a flower smashed.
I needed same day delivery and I got it at a decent price! I ordered at almost noon & it was delivered about 6:45pm. I would've liked earlier, BUT I had forgotten to order the day before, my fault. Anyway, she Loved them & sent me a pic--they are Beautiful! I will use you guys again!

The flowers are very skimpy. I ordered the deluxe. There are no Gerber Daiseys. Not a lot of flowers. Not worth the price if 59.99. I could have gone to the grocery store and received a much larger bouquet for $20.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
