The plant was pretty but did not look like the picture I ordered.
I would have liked a space to ask that the flowers be delivered in the late afternoon
Product received seems much smaller than the picture of what I thought I ordered. I ordered the mid size arrangement, there were only two roses, even the regular size picture shows more than that. Attractive arrangement, just much smaller than expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
