The flowers I sent to my sister were delivered 3 days early, left on her doorstep (while she was at work) and for the price I paid, the arrangement was SOOO puny. When I called customer service, I was offered $10 off my next purchase. Big deal. My sister (whom I havent seen in 35 yrs) was supposed to be SURPRISED on the DAY of her birthday, and even tho the confirmation email said AUG 3.the flowers were delivered on JULY 30. I will NEVER order from your company again.this was the second time now, and the LAST time, the order came with dead flowers. Thought I would give you guys another try.wont be suckered into another. Thanks for nothing guys.

Flowers were for a relative 3,000 miles away so it is hard to know their exact condition, delivery, etc. but the recipient was pleased.
Just found out that they sold my info to Value Mags. Started getting unwanted and not ordered Parents magazine. Still going through steps to try to stop getting unwanted magazine. My baby is 36. I think he is past Parents magazine stage! I won't order from this company again.

I purchased pink and white flowers to be delivered in a rectangle vase. I liked everything except the fact that they were NOT in a rectangle vase. I bought these flowers because not only were they beautiful but the vase made it even better. I just don't understand why if your not going to provide what's in the picture, why it is an option to buy.
If u make it possible to deliver at 12 pm sharp it makes event more beautiful
Got delivery confirmation well after the said delivery hours. The arrangement looked nice but not little off, of the picture shown. But at the end of the day, they where delivered and looked nice. Would order again.
I had a friend's 40th birthday coming up so I went to order a HUGE bouquet and the picture online was absolutely perfect... overflowing vase and I was excited for her to receive them.
HOWEVER, the flowers I got were like their basic arrangement. So, I emailed and received a replacement arrangement today... and you guessed it... same size arrangement.
My reply email from them was to call so I did and the CSR wanted to give me a 20% refund... I spend $70, I was given MAYBE a $30 arrangement and now you wanna give me a $14 refund... Hmmmmmm NO.
So, then she reluctantly says that they could give me a full refund which I immediately jumped on. The flower shop came back for the arrangement and now I wait for my refund.
I added photos for all to see what I ordered and what I got. Find the "differences"... what a joke!
UPDATE: Refund was issued so for that I've changed their rating to 2 stars. Zero stars for what I got but I didn't wanna make it out it was a good place to do business with so I couldn't give a higher star rating... though with the refund... I'd give them a 5 because that's not normal business practices.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
