I ordered flowers for an ex-coworker who received a promotion. I ordered the smiley face with yellow flowers so she can use it over and over, however; I added a mylar balloon with Congrats on it to make the point. Sadly, she only received the flowers and not the whole picture I was expecting. While customer service promptly refunded my $5.40, the point of the flowers was not truly received. I need to have a florist I trust that everything I ordered is delivered as I live an hour away, not having that trust, I don't have faith any more. I don't think I will use this site again. Sorry, it is really not about the $5, it is about paying $65 for something and not getting it.

But my father received flowers to back porch and not happy with arrangement after he sent picture. Did not seem full and lacking life. I picked the largest one.

Well once I know this has been delivered to the address specified today. Then my experience will be good. Yet until then you get three stars. Once I have confirmation of delivery I will rate you at five stars.
The delivery was about an hour late but the flowers were well received and customer service was friendly. Overall a very positive experience.
