A dozen roses arrived on time. They were in nice condition and the card accompanying the roses was just as I had asked it to be.
I was very upset when my admin sent me pictures of the strawberries. They are all mixed up in the box, squished and frosting all over the box. I would not order again, this was a gift and I feel that I should have waited the extra day and went with Edible Arrangements. Very disappointed in the presentation of the strawberries.
I wasnt expecting the "emoji vase" to be a clear vase with a cheap emoji plastic wrap taped to it... expecially for an extra cost of $14... it was kind of disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
