Got a thank you picture text from the recipient and I was saddened to see some of the flowers appeared dead and droopy. I didn't see 15 flowers as said would be just 11. Did NOT look like the flowers on the website.

Placing the order went ok

Placing the order went ok. The flowers left the facility at 8am and was delivered after 4pm so they were in the hot vehicle for over 8hrs. Not so good on arrival.

I do a lot of flower ordering, because I am involved with charities that help hospice. To be honest, normally I do not upgrade the flowers I purchase, however this time I did and It didn't translate in the product received. I feel the upgraded monetary difference was a waste, and the florist disregarded the extra monies paid.
