8-5-15 I visited the person who received the flowers and was disappointed I paid additional for what I thought was going to be a bigger arrangement, but it was the same size as the picture for a lesser price. I feel I was ripped off with this arrangement.

I was very displeased with the execution of my order. I needed something sent quickly and paid two separate premium delivery fees to guarantee delivery within four hours of my order. Not only was this time frame not met, 24 hours later the order had still not arrived. Instead of 2:00 pm on Monday, the order was delivered after 5:00 pm on Tuesday. I was offered a basket "upgrade" (not sure if this even happened) and had to ask for the expedited delivery fees to be refunded, when that should have been automatic.
My daughter absolutely loved the flowers. And I really liked that the delivery person called to be sure she was going to be at the same location.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
