But not anything I would have chosen. It was for a man. I wanted lavender flowers. They sent yellow, orange and sunflowers. I hate sunflowers. I wish they would have let me make another choice. Nothing I could do. It's done.

Got the flowers they looked good. They did not include the card with the message, but called my wife later and told her what I wanted the card to say. They made the comment that I added the card late and that is why it wasn't included. That is not the truth! Everything was done at the same time

The yellow rose tips were brownish around the edges. I felt bad that that they were not perfect for my Moms Birthday. I knew I should have done it myself!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
