I paid extra to receive all three items before 12pm and they were not received until almost 2pm, I even had to call and ask what the ETA was.
I received a call at 11am informing me that one of floral arrangements was not going to look like the picture - "the necklace around the vase was not going to be the same color" - is what the customer service rep stated. The vase showed up with nothing around, not a close substitution, not a different color necklace...nothing.

I received a picture from my nephew when he received the gift basket. It didn't look like it was set up quite as nice as the picture I ordered from. It didn't appear to have as much included in it. My nephew was happy and I guess that is all that matters.
