Great Service and arrived as scheduled
My order got to my mother's work 15 minutes before her place closed. She had a bad day the day before and I just wanted to send her flowers during the DAY, for a pick-me-up. They did the job but the arrangement was far less adorable in person that online and much smaller. The customer service people had no idea where my order was and couldn't get in contact with the florist. Pretty lame. Never ordering here again.
I ordered a Gourmet Basket $59.00 + Others charges $79.00 Total to a Friend, Only to find out that they delivered flowers not the Basket I Ordered, I did call them and they were very apologetic, & sent the Basket out the next day. I do understand that mistakes do happen, but the basket was intended for the day I needed it delivered. Don't know if I would order from here again. I think I payed extra for same day delivery also, no restitution from this company for their mistake.

Fast and reliable. I had originally order 2 pink latex balloons to go with 1 mylar, however, they replaced the latex with another mylar as my delivery was for a children's hospital. I completely forgot about latex and allergies that people can have. Kudos to fromyouflowers for doing so. The Teddy bear was adorable! The flowers were very fresh. With the fees for balloons and also same day delivery, I think think the price was a little high. However, a very nice experience.

The price shown for the flowers was not what it cost me. You should include the "add-on" costs for an accurate price. It is very deceptive to show one price, then add $20 in additional fees.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
