Easy to complete the order, a decent amount of options for same day quick delivery. I did pay the additional fee for 4 hour delivery and it was delivered in about 3.5 hours.
The card sent with the flowers did not identify me as the sender! I called to make sure the flowers had been delivered and was told the card didn't say who sent them!

I ordered the florist picked arrangement. I upgraded to premium and requested it in a basket. I saw a picture of the flowers that were received and for the price I paid, I could've got one of the prearranged arrangements and probably much nicer. It was not even in a basket. I thought the arrangement would've been a little more elaborate. Very plain. Not happy.
