Did not mention the service fee of14.99 until the checkout at the end. Would be nice to know before hand. The bouquet did not look like the picture on the web site. I paid for the upgrade bouquet and it was not any bigger than the smallest one.

Quick and easy! I had to call who I sent to. Absolutely loved the flowers. Never mentioned gift food. Had to ask and the we're ok. For service excellent was received in same day. As the sender I am very pleased.

I wish I could say that I know what was received, but I do not. I know what I ordered but it would be nice to see the actual product received. I will ask the recipient to forward me a picture of the product ant then I would be able to tell you whether or not I am pleased with the results. Thank you for your interest.
