Very pretty but not quiet what I ordered. I wanted a pretty vase and ribbon and it was a clear vase. It was pretty but not what I thought I was getting - flowers were all small daisies with maybe one larger flower.

I was very disappointed that the flowers didn't arrive the same day. Also, the florist called the recipient which ruined the surprise. They weren't delivered until the next day and I only received a $10 gift certificate. I'm honestly not happy with this experience at all and would like some other reimbursement.

Pricing was great, end product was much smaller than expected. Flowers looked great though, but the picture of the vase in the picture was misleading. Should have looked at the dimensions closely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
