I was not satisfied with the customer service rep which I talked to on the phone regarding a particular florist and what she told me. What she told me and what actually occurred are two very different things and as a result I am very dissatisfied with my experience. In customer service, truthfulness and integrity is critical to repeat business and the rep had neither as things turned out.
I immediately received an email from customer service informing me that in order to complete my order in a timely fashion they would have to use different variety of flowers than what the order called for. I was delighted that they informed me of this and were able to assure me that the flowers used would still be as elegant as the flowers I'd viewed online. My friend sent me a picture as soon as she received them and they were as beautiful as I'd hoped they'd be! Each customer service representative was professional and communicated efficiently, answering my questions completely. I was very pleased with my experience!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
