I am extremely upset with this experience. And so are all my co workers. We called at 1210 because the flowers were not delivered yet and I was told the florist was running behind. It would have been nice to have gotten a call since we can't just sit around all day waiting for these flowers. When the flowers arrived at 1250 we were EXTREMELY disappointed in the appearance. They look nothing like the picture. I understand it wont be exactly what the picture looks like however they didn't have half the flowers that were listed in the description and they were broken and some even fell off. There was no variation in color and it was not appealing to look at. These were for a Cleveland clinic neurosurgeon and we were completely embarrassed to give them to her so we called an complained where we then spoke to a rude woman who was not trying to help us until the very end where she said they would refund us and come pick up the flowers that were delivered. I will no longer use from you flowers for purchases
Was delivered a day late, but I appreciated that someone called me and then it was upgraded.
The candy was completely melted when my wife received it and the delivery driver just left the package in the middle of the floor at her job but the flowers were ok except one smashed one

I had a great shopping experience with Fromyouflowers. I previously dealt with another established company but had a very bad shopping experience regarding their delivery time, the quality of the delivered product and their follow up. I therefore tried Fromyouflowers and am very satisfied with the experience.

Overall good, quality product and service. Was a bit caught off guard when checkout page appeared with total cost increase from the $15 for shipping and handling. Almost cancelled order or downgraded, was trying to stay under $50. A customer feels there getting flowers for $30, but end up paying double.?! I used your product and service last year for same event but wouldn't consider using product or service for every occasion due to the "paying double" marketing/business strategy. I ordered these two days before, not same day. Could understand the $15 for same day, but not for 2 or more days ahead.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
