Flowers delivered 3 pm i paid extra for am delivery
Very disappointed that the flowers did not arrive to my friend on the same day I ordered as specified. My order was placed before 3pm, the time they stated they needed to be ordered by. I was told by customer service that the florist couldn't get them out until the next day. I am very disappointed and so was my hospitalized friend. They said they were going to upgrade her order (didn't look upgraded when it arrived) and they gave me a promo code for a discount off my next order. The prices were good so I probably would order from them again just won't trust them for same day delivery.

Ok initially, but I called the recipient and was told the flowers were beautiful. So, now my opinion is very good.
I have not spoken to the recipient to know about the bouquet in detail, but it was delivered in a timely fashion.

Since it was a gift to a friend on the other side of the state, I didn't see it in person, but she was delighted & called right away to thank me.
Flowers were beautiful and delivered very timely, a bit pricey
The delivery time was good the only thing the arrangement was much smaller then pictured. Not even half the amount of the flowers shown on the picture on the web site. But at least they looked like fresh flowers.
It went well. A little more info about the delivery process would be good. If the recipient isn't home will you leave them there, grab a neighbor, what is your policy?
I wish that there were pictures of each size of each bouquet (regular, extra, etc.) so that it was clear exactly what we are purchasing. Also there were a couple of typos on the card. But the flowers were great!
If I could add a picture to show you what my wife received compared to what I thought I was paying for it would explain it all. The arrangement looks as if no one put any effort into it. I up graded to premium package and it doesn't look like any more flowers than the picture on the internet. The flowers look half dead and the stems are cut so short they are all do in the vase. And the order said it comes with a pink vase(no where does it state color may vary) it has a clear vase. Very upset on the arrangement.
